New Student Login Instructions

Keystone College on-line services can be accessed via the toolbar displayed on the Current Students website. 

Your network username and password provides access to both E-Mail and network resources, and are required to log on to any College computer. Before trying to log on to E-Mail, the college network, or Blackboard you will need to:

1. Obtain your login information
2. Set Your Passwords

To obtain your login information and change your passwords, follow these steps:

1. Obtain your login information

1. Click on Current Students from the Keystone College web site (www.keystone.edu)
2. Click on the KC Connect Icon in the online services toolbar.
3. Enter your ID number (found on your Student ID card or billing invoice).
4. Enter your password – Your assigned password consists of your first and last initial in lowercase letters followed by your home zip code (i.e. jd18440).

Your Keystone College E-Mail address and the username you will use to access network resources, including E-Mail and Blackboard is located under the User Account Center at the bottom of the page in KC Connect.

Remain logged into KC Connect.

2. Set Your Passwords

While you are still logged into KC Connect, reset your password: 

1. Click the Personal Info button at the top of the column on the left.
2. Click on the Change your KC Connect password link under the User Account Center at the bottom of the page.
3. Enter a password that you will remember in the two boxes and click Update. 
4. Click on the Make your network password the same as KC Connect link under the User Account Center at the bottom of the page to set your network password to your new password.
5. Click on the Reset your Blackboard password link under the User Account Center at the bottom of the page. This Blackboard password reset link will send reset instructions to your Keystone College E-Mail account.
6. From the Current Students page click on the Microsoft Outlook Web Access icon.
7. Log in to the college network using your Network Username (found in KC Connect) and your new password. 
8. Click Ok to accept the time zone default settings.
9. Locate the email from the Blackboard Administrator and click the link provided to reset your password.
10. Log into Blackboard using your Blackboard Username (found in KC Connect) and your password.
11. Note: Your Moodle username and password is the same as your Keystone College network username and password.

You have now successfully set your passwords and logged onto the Network, Email, and Blackboard!
