CANCELLED: Pennsylvania, From Casey to Gosnell, How One State's Battle over Abortion has Affected an Entire Country's Right to Choose

Robin Marty facilitates workshops on reproductive justice activism in red and rural state settings, reframing the debate around reproductive rights, and speaks both individually and on panels addressing the current landscape of reproductive rights legislation as well as her research on and interviews with prominent anti-abortion rights groups and activists.  

Come discuss how Pennsylvania's role in the battle over legal abortion access has affected the state and country, learn about where the state falls in comparison to other states in nation when it comes to restricting abortion and even birth control and other health care access, and find out how women, especially those who are poor and women of color are being disproportionately effected by these restrictions.
