Favorite flavor ice cream:

Interesting thing about you:
I will be traveling to Paris, France for a month for an internship with Sodexo during the summer of 2012

Favorite spot on campus:
Student Activities Office. It’s a really fun place to hang out with other students after class.

Why did you choose your major?
It's practical.  Every organization, regardless of industry, relies on business principles to prosper. Individuals who have a solid business education are not only poised to start their own business, they also have the practical skills needed to excel in a variety of positions in the industry of their choice. The demand for business majors will always be high because there are an endless number of career opportunities available to individuals with a good business education.

Why did you decide on Keystone College?
Keystone offers an experience like no other. They have a great staff, great students and a great college environment. Plus unlike larger schools you have the opportunity to become someone at Keystone, the opportunities are endless.

What do you like most about Keystone?
Being a part of the Keystone family. It’s a great feeling when everyone knows your name and who you are.

Favorite member of the Keystone Family:
Lucas Taylor, Assistant Director of Student Activities. He is a great guy and a better mentor and friend.

My favorite class:
Political Science 207 – International Relations. It allowed me to understand how other Nation States operate and what goes on in their daily lives.

Give one thing you were surprised to discover at Keystone College:
The amount of times you have a chance to be a leader, or further your skills as a leader. There are tons of leadership conferences and chances to become a leader directly on campus.

Advice for future students:
Try everything. The best way to meet new people and grow as a person is to get out there and get involved. Never be afraid to try something new. You’re in college and you only get this chance once, so make the best of it.

In my spare time:
I like to talk sports and politics. I love talking about both whenever and with whoever will slow down enough for me to mention something.

Future Goals/Plans:
I would like to someday be the head of a human resources department for a business. A HR department is a critical component of employee well-being in any business, no matter how small. Further down the road I would like to a politician, either a congressman or senator.

How do you feel KC has, or will, help you in attaining these goals?
One of biggest things Keystone has provided me with is leadership skills. I have had the opportunity to attend multiple leadership conferences and to attend an international internship. These things combined with my education at Keystone will allow me accomplish my future goals.
