Favorite flavor ice cream:
Mint Chocolate Chip!

Interesting thing about you:
I changed my major 3 times my first semester.

Favorite spot on campus:
The Silent Floor in the Library. It’s just a great place to escape to and do your homework, study, or just sit and relax on the couches.

Why did you choose your major?
I originally came to Keystone as a Biology major, then changed it to different concentrations in that major. I even held an internship my first semester for the KC athletic trainer. Everyone I knew told me that was the perfect major for me. I can’t explain it, but being a Biology major just never felt like it was the right choice for me. I changed my major to Social Sciences because the one thing that I am passionate about and what makes me happy is helping others through their struggles. I eventually want to go into Mental Health Counseling because of personal struggles that I have been through.

Why did you decide on Keystone College?
I decided on Keystone College because of the small class sizes and because I knew I wouldn’t be able to focus if I went to a big University.

What do you like most about Keystone?
The fact that everyone is willing to help, from the faculty and staff to other students on campus. There’s always someone there to help you out if you need it.

Favorite member of the Keystone Family:
Too many to choose from!

My favorite class:
Intro to Psychology

Give one thing you were surprised to discover at Keystone College:
Everyone is so nice!

Advice for future students:
Stay true to who you are.

In my spare time:
I like to go to the gym, relax with friends, go to the movies, and go shopping! I love to shop!

Future Goals/Plans:
I plan on going to graduate school for a master’s in Mental Health/Clinical Counseling.

How do you feel KC has, or will, help you in attaining these goals?
KC has so far helped me by providing faculty and staff that are willing to listen me and help guide me in the right direction.

Anything else you want to share:
If you ever need help just ask. If you are struggling with a subject, please get a tutor, talk to your professor, or talk to another student. If you need someone to talk to, there are counselors available. RAs are really great people to talk to because we have been where you are and can help you through anything you Psychology.
