Resident Assistants (RAs) are full-time undergraduate students who live, interact and learn with their peers in a residential community as staff members of the Office Residence Life. Resident Assistants are chosen on the basis of excellent leadership, strong interpersonal skills, responsibility, and the ability to reach out to students and to further the growth of their own personal development. The goal of a RA is to help stimulate personal and academic growth and to develop a strong community within the residence halls.
