Departments and Offices
The Office of the Registrar upholds and maintains the Mission of the college by recording, maintaining, protecting and reserving the student's academic records in a confidential manner and in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws while upholding institutional policies. The Registrar reports directly to the Dean of Academic Affairs.
The Registrar supports the academic needs of the College in the areas of grading, central class scheduling, final exam scheduling, articulation and awarding of transfer credit and diplomas, and student records management.
The Registrar's Office provides the following services:
- Transcript Requests
- Schedule changes
- Graduation audits
- Withdrawal from College
- Maintains name and address changes
- Verification of student enrollment: Students may request verification of enrollment direction from the National Student Loan Clearinghouse.
