Noncompliance Policy

Students who fail to comply with final decisions or sanctions of a judicial body or the Judicial Official will result in the following penalties:

• Automatic $50 fine to be applied if all documentation of sanction completion is not provided to the Judicial Official by 5:00 p.m. on the stated deadline date.
• An additional $50 fine shall be applied to the student’s account for every seven (7) calendar days the student remains in noncompliance with the original sanction(s).

The student remains responsible for the completion of all original sanctions regardless of the fines imposed.

“Noncompliance with final decisions or sanctions of a judicial body or the Judicial Official result in automatic penalties and will not be scheduled for further judicial hearings on this issue.”
