Visiting the Area
Keystone students are drawn from 14 states and 12 countries. Even if Northeastern Pennsylvania is your home, you'll be surprised to discover the rich cultural life in our backyard.
From Keystone, Scranton is just 20 minutes away. Catch a movie, shop the Viewmont Mall, The Mall at Steamtown, or the Shoppes at Montage. Take a tour of the museums and art galleries. Hike during the warm months and when the snow falls - you can be standing at the top of a well groomed ski run an hour after class. Montage Mountain and Elk Mountain, our region's best skiing resorts, are only 20 minutes away.
The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, AAA franchise of the New York Yankees, call PNC Field home, and the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the AHL compete at Mohegan Sun Arena. Events at the Arena, F.M. Kirby Center, and the Toyota Pavilion at Montage Mountain feature names like Blink 182, David Bowie, Rusted Root, Jay-Z, Ozzfest, Bill Cosby, and John Mayer.
