Keystone Campus and Professor Receive Best of the Abingtons Awards
La Plume – Once again, Keystone College has proven to be a big hit with residents of the Abington area.
Readers of the Abington Journal, a weekly community paper in nearby Clarks Summit, Pa., have selected Keystone College and Keystone Associate Professor of Political Science Jeff Brauer as winners in its “Best of the Abingtons” contest.
For the fourth consecutive year, Keystone has been named as the “Best College Campus” in the yearly awards contest. Associate Professor Brauer was voted as “Best College Professor” by the paper’s readers.
“Keystone College is again honored to be selected as the Best College Campus by readers of the Abington Journal. We are equally honored to have Jeff Brauer named as Best College Professor,” said Keystone President Dr. Edward G. Boehm, Jr. “We take great pride in the natural beauty of our campus and in the expertise and dedication of our tremendous faculty. As always, we are extremely proud to be a member of the local community and share our natural and educational resources with our friends and neighbors in the Abington area.”
The Abington Journal is owned by Impressions Media Co., which publishes the Wilkes-Barre Times Leader and several other community newspapers in Northeast Pa. The Best of the Abingtons awards will be presented during a congratulatory celebration on Thursday, April 26 at the Ramada Inn in Clarks Summit.
