La Plume – Mikal E. Belicove, Letha Wells Reinheimer, and Stacey Wyland have been elected as the newest members of the Keystone College Board of Trustees.

“I join Keystone College President Dr. David Coppola in welcoming Mikal, Letha  and Stacey to the Board of Trustees,” said Keystone board chairman Thomas “Tim” Speicher. “The Keystone College community will benefit greatly from their knowledge, expertise, and dedication to our college.”

Mikal BelicoveMr. Belicove, Las Vegas, Nev. is an internationally known magazine columnist, author, and blogger who writes about entrepreneurship, marketing, business planning, corporate communications, emerging technologies and more. The third edition of his book, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Facebook, was published in 2012.

Mr. Belicove writes the “Ask a Geek” column for Entrepreneur Magazine and “The Business End Blog” for Forbes Magazine. His writing has been featured by in numerous publications, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, US News and World Report, PC World, Yahoo! Finance and many others.

In addition to his writing, Mr. Belicove develops and manages handcrafted strategic plans and marketing communications campaigns for boards, CEOs, high-profile personalities, and businesses. He is a graduate of Keystone College and the University of Houston and received an honorary doctorate from Keystone when he served as commencement speaker in 2012.  

Ms. Reinheimer, Clarks Summit, is a former teacher in the Scranton School District Letha Reinheimerand was employed and by Moses Taylor Hospital. She has also taught at Keystone College and Lackawanna College. She and her husband, Kenneth, have built successful careers in their insurance business and she is licensed property and casualty insurance a

Ms. Reinheimer has long been affiliated with Keystone College, first joining the board in 1983, and she is a past board chair. She and Kenneth served as honorary co-chairs of the 2013 Keystone Open Golf Tournament and she has served on numerous other college committees.

A former recipient of the Distinguished Service to Keystone Award and the Presidential Medallion, she recently served on Keystone’s planning committee for the gala event honoring Keystone President Emeritus Dr. Edward G. Boehm, Jr. and Mrs. Regina Boehm.

Other community involvement includes serving as past president of the Junior League of Scranton and on the development committee of Geisinger Hospital. She is also involved with Leadership Lackawanna, the Scranton Area Foundation, CMC Healthcare System and the United Way. Ms. Reinheimer received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in history from Marywood University.

Stacy WylandMs. Wyland, Jermyn, is an associate professor of criminal justice at Keystone and will serve as the faculty representative on the Keystone board. In addition to her teaching duties, Ms. Wyland serves on Keystone’s Institutional Student Learning Outcomes Board which evaluates and approves service learning courses.

Active in the community, Ms. Wyland also served as a parenting class instructor and mentoring coordinator with the Lackawanna County Prison, where she taught parenting and self-development skills to incarcerated women.

Prior to Keystone, she held positions with Hawaii Community College and Reading Area Community College. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in administration of justice from Shippensburg University. Ms. Wyland serves as vice president of the Keystone College Faculty Senate.
