Keystone to host Operation Gang Up

The primary trainer for the session will be Robert Maguire, intelligence captain for Lackawanna County Prison. Captain Maguire has been an employee of Lackawanna County Prison for more than 10 years. He has completed training and received certifications through the East Coast Gang Investigators and has earned the title of Certified Gang Professional.
Captain Maguire is a member of numerous gang investigating organizations and is co-founder and past president of the Pennsylvania Gang Investigators Association. He also founded and chairs the Lackawanna County Gang Task Force, which is comprised of federal, state, county, and local law enforcement officers who meet monthly to address gangs and gang-related issues in
