Administrative Assistant (Athletics) (Part-Time)
Job Category Support Staff
Provides administrative support for a smooth and efficient operation of the Department of Athletics. Part-Time, 25 hours per week.
Functions as a liaison to provide effective customer service for students, other Keystone employees, and outside entities by acting as the department receptionist and responding to inquiries.
Provides administrative support to the department including records, maintenance, and opening and distributing mail on a daily basis, data processing and filing, assist in all aspects of sports information, with strong emphasis in event management and scheduling facilities.
Assists with arrangements for transportation to and from all athletic contests, including scheduling the use of all athletic vans, and renting appropriate transportation as needed. Assists in the processing of financial arrangements for home and away contests.
Tracks expenditures for the athletic department, including all fundraising monies and makes all deposits. Assists in the coordination of fundraising efforts including the scheduling of teams to sell concessions at athletic events.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred. Minimum of three years clerical and/or administrative experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communications skills; confidentiality; proficiency with computer programs. Twenty-five hours per week; noon to 5:00 p.m. preferred.
