Kati Kameroski

Major: Art Education

Class: 2012

It’s easy to see why Kati Kameroski was named Keystone College Outstanding Graduate for 2012.

In addition to an outstanding academic record, Kati had a whole host of awards to show for an absolutely phenomenal career while she was at Keystone College which helped springboard her into the next chapter of her life.

As an art education major, Kati received the Everhart Choice Award and Silver and Gold Key Scholastic Art Awards. She was also been recognized with the prestigious Clyde McGeary Fellows Scholar Award by the Pennsylvania Art Education Association and served as president of the student chapter of the Pennsylvania Art Education Association/National Art Education Association.

She’s volunteered teaching art to kids at the Everhart Museum and the Equal Opportunity Training Center. Kati studied glazing methods in Italy and even sold her car to fund a trip to Haiti where she did volunteer work after that’s nation’s horrific earthquake.

Kati’s love of art and her dedication to others is her greatest gift. “I’ve been involved with art since I was young and I just love it. The chance to teach art to youngsters is an opportunity I’ve always dreamed of and now I can do it!”
