Ryan Patrick Joyce

Designed interior of the 2009 Chrysler concept car.

Class: 2004

Ryan, from Taylor, Pa., earned the Associate of Arts Graduate of the Year Award from Keystone College in 2004. In the summer of 2006, he was admitted to the prestigious General Motors Summer Design Institute in Warren, Michigan where he joined with other young car designers to create their vision of the hydrogen car of the future featured on the Discovery Channel's 2007 series, "Future Car."

In 2007, Ryan graduated with a bachelor of fine arts 5-year professional degree in Industrial/Product/Transportation Design, from the Cleveland Institute of Art. He is a second-year automotive designer at Chrysler in their Advanced Interiors Studio at Chrysler Corporate Headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Ryan Joyce designed the interior for the premier Chrysler concept car that was unveiled Sunday, January 11, 2009 at the North American International Auto Show at the Cobo Center in Detroit. No longer just a concept car, Ryan's design has been termed a "pre-production model" and will soon hit the assembly line.
