Early Alert Form

The purpose of the Early Alert System is to identify students who need extra support and to provide them with the help that they need. An Early Alert form may be submitted by ANYONE in the campus community. Students who have been submitted to the Early Alert System will be contacted by a Student Success staff member and given the support they need to help them succeed at Keystone College.

Submit an Early Alert Form If logging on from off campus please use the following: UN: Your Keystone College Network ID PW: Your Keystone Network Password (Your Network ID is what you use to check your email.)

 

Emergencies
Counseling emergencies (suicidal or urgent harmful situations) should be handled by contacting Counseling Services immediately in person.

Campus Safety at (8989) can always locate counselors after office hours.
