Mark Seibert is a graduate of Abington Heights High School and Johnson & Wales University where he earned an Associates Degree in culinary arts. Mark's extensive background in the restaurant industry includes working at, The Contemporary Resort Hotel at Disney World in Orlando Florida (culinary internship), Sous Chef - Glorious Foods by Robert Sibio, Executive Chef - Elmhurst Country Club, Executive Chef - Angelo's Restaurant, Executive Chef - Stone Bridge Inn & Restaurant, Chef/Owner - Seibert's Restaurant, Executive Chef - Glen Oak Country Club, Executive Chef - Country Club of Scranton. Mark is currently the Dining Room Coordinator for Chef's Table Restaurant at Keystone College and the Internship Coordinator for Keystone's Culinary Arts Students.
Mark is currently working on obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership here at Keystone College and has obtained his Certified Executive Chef Status from the American Culinary Federation in the near future.
Mark is an avid skier and has been a member of the National Ski Patrol at the newly named Sno Mountain in Lackawanna County for 18 yrs. He and His wife Angela reside in Dunmore, PA, along with their daughter Lucy.
