Visiting Chef Series
The Chef's Table Restaurant at Keystone College continues the tradition of offering high-end dining experiences to guests during its annual Visiting Chef Series program. This series includes a demonstration and a dinner.

Keystone College will welcome Chef Jeffrey McClure CEC
Chef Demonstration, Monday, October 21: Chef Jeffrey McClure CEC will demonstrate culinary skills, techniques, and recipes to our students as well as the public; in Evans Hall at 6 p.m. Reservations for this event are free to the public and can be obtained by contacting Susan Cappelloni by e-mailing email@example.com or by calling (570) 945-8441. Seating is limited to 150 people.
Dinner, Tuesday, October 22: Chef Jeffrey McClure CEC and Keystone culinary students will prepare a five to six course tasting menu for Chef’s Table guest in Evans Hall. This dinner is $55 per person and reservations for this event will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited to 72 guests and the maximum seating capacity per table is 6 persons.
The dinner will be preceded by a wine and cheese reception held in the Chef’s Table Restaurant beginning at 6 p.m. with dinner starting promptly at 7 p.m. For tickets please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call (570) 945-8441.
*Please Note: Due to overwhelming demand, we request payment in advance for this event. Payment in full is requested within two weeks of the accepted reservation. If payment is not received, the reservation may be forfeited and released to another interested party. A 72 hour cancellation policy is in effect. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the event are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
