Visiting Chef Rodney S. Stockett presents “A Touch of France”

Monday, October 20 and Tuesday, October 21, 2014

 

On Monday, October 20, Chef Stockett will demonstrate culinary skills, techniques, and recipes to our students as well as the public in Evans Hall @ 6 p.m.

Reservations for this event are required and are free to the public and can be obtained by contacting Susan C. Markovich  by emailing chefstable@keystone.edu or by calling (570) 945-8441. Seating for this event is limited to 150 people.         

On Tuesday, October 21, Chef Stockett and Keystone students will prepare a five to six course tasting menu for Chef’s Table guest in Evans Hall. This dinner is $55 per person and reservations for this event are required and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited to 75 guests and the maximum seating capacity per table is 8 persons

The dinner will be preceded by a wine and cheese reception held in the Chef’s Table Restaurant beginning at 6 p.m. with dinner starting promptly at 7 p.m.  For tickets please e-mail chefstable@keystone.edu or call (570) 945-8441.


*Please Note: Due to overwhelming demand, we request payment in advance for this event. Payment in full is requested within two weeks of the accepted reservation. If payment is not received, the reservation may be forfeited and released to another interested party. A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the event are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Parties of less than 8 people will be seated with other parties of less than 8 people at one table.
