Reservations


Join us at the Chef's Table for an evening of great food in a delightful setting. You are invited to bring your favorite bottle of wine or after dinner drink to enjoy while savoring the excellent cuisine that is artfully presented by Keystone College's Culinary Arts students. 

Reservations can now be made by calling Susan Markovich at 570-945-8441 or by e-mailing chefstable@keystone.edu.

Voicemail Reservations

When leaving a reservation request on voicemail, call 570-945-8441 and state the following:

  1. Name
  2. Contact phone number
  3. Date you would like to reserve
  4. The number in your party
  5. The seating time you are requesting
  6. Email - *Please include your email, if you have one, so that your second confirmation can be emailed to you.

Confirmation

You will receive the first confirmation via a phone call, stating if your reservations are confirmed, or if your reservation request is not available, another reservation can be made.

ALL RESERVATIONS will receive a second confirmation through an automated system to the email address that you provide.  In the absence of a current e-mail address, a second confirmation phone call will be made upon acceptance of the reservation the week prior to the date requested.

Email Reservations

When making a reservation by email at chefstable@keystone.edu, please include the following:

  1. Name
  2. Contact phone number
  3. Date you would like to reserve
  4. The number in your party
  5. The seating time you are requesting

The Short Notice Reservation List
The Short Notice reservation list, is a new tool that Chef’s Table will be utilizing in order to maximize the opportunities for our patrons to dine with us. If a reservation opportunity becomes available due to a cancellation or additional seating, we would like to make this opportunity available to our diners.

You will be notified by phone and email to ensure promptness to fill the reservation space that came available. These reservations will be based on a first come, first serve basis, and determined by response time. Short Notice Reservations can become available in as much time as a month or week in advance, or in as little time as one day or less. Reservations will not be guaranteed until you receive confirmation via phone or email.
