The Short Notice reservation list, is a new tool that Chef’s Table will be utilizing in order to maximize the opportunities for our patrons to dine with us. If a reservation opportunity becomes available due to a cancellation or additional seating, we would like to make this opportunity available to our diners. You will be notified by phone and email to ensure promptness to fill the reservation space that came available. These reservations would be based on a first come, first serve basis, and determined by response time. Short Notice Reservations can become available in as much time as a month or week in advance, or in as little time as one day or less. Reservations will not be guaranteed until you receive conformation via phone or email.
