How Long is a Job Search?

Please understand that an effective job search will require you to devote much your time and energy to the process. job searches can often take 6-18 months and the outcome is ultimately dependent on the work ethic of each individual.  The length of your job search will be dependent on the following factors:

• Amount of time dedicated to the job search
• The websites used to look for a job
• Frequency of reaching out to your network
• Willingness to relocate
