Connecting with Employers
Keystone College is a proud member institution of the Northeast Pennsylvania Employment Consortium (NPEC). Through strategic collaboration with northeast Pennsylvania businesses, the consortium offers insider company information, networking opportunities and an annual employment fair held exclusively for students and alumni of the six colleges and universities comprised in the consortium.
Employers Want to Meet You
During the academic year, recruiters from area companies, and state and federal government agencies visit Keystone College looking for qualified candidates for entry-level jobs and internships. Please check the campus calendar and read KC Morning E-Notes for recruiting information. Be certain to dress professionally and bring your resume!
If you need assistance with your job search, please feel free to make an appointment to meet with us.
The Keystone College Career Development Center makes every effort to research the validity and legitimacy of job postings as well as companies who work through our office. However, although we investigate job postings and companies as much as possible, we accept no responsibility for safety, wages, working conditions, or other aspects of off campus employment.
We advise all students to use their best judgment and common sense when accepting any position, and make no endorsements, recommendations, or guarantees. Students and alumni accept all responsibility for employment opportunities. Students and alumni are both welcomed and encouraged to give feedback to the Career Development Center about any job related experience. Helpful tips for the online job search include: do not give out social security number, credit card, or a copy of driver’s license. Also watch out for multiple misspellings or requests for any type of payment in order to apply or work for a company. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a job opportunity, please stop by our office located on the second floor of The Hibbard Campus Center. We may also be reached at 570-945-8312 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
All jobs and opportunities that come through our office are posted on the College Central Network website. A variety of positions will also be posted on the bulletin board outside of our office. Odd jobs such as lawn-mowing, tutoring, etc. will only be posted on the bulletin board. These jobs are “at your own risk.”
Follow us on Facebook and Twitter to learn about upcoming events and job/internship opportunities!
We look forward to helping with your job search!
