Description:
Keystone College has a very unique resource on its campus...a maple sugaring operation! Learn about the history, science and techniques of maple syrup production in the northeastern United States. Included in this course will be a hands-on experience in the production of pure maple syrup. Bring the family for a fun-filled day of sweet surprises!
