This is a 90-minute webinar titled ADA and Documentation: Critical Changes and Updates. Keeping up with the documentation rules and regulations can feel overwhelming, confusing and high-risk at times. Join us for an interactive webinar where you will learn about recent amendments and changes to ADA as it relates to documentation and your work with students. We'll provide a brief history of the legal definition of disability from Section 504 through the ADA, as amended, as a context for understanding current regulatory changes related to the evidence of disability needed to support accommodation requests.
