Phil ScolloLa Plume – Phil Scollo, a Pike County businessman and candidate for Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional district, will be the guest speaker at Keystone College’s annual Constitution Day program on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. in Evans Hall, Hibbard Campus Center. The event is free and open to the public.

He will speak on what the Constitution means to him and why it is so vitally important to all Americans. Mr. Scollo left a prosperous business career in New York City to move to Northeastern Pennsylvania in 1998, where he once again started a successful business. The son of a New York City firefighter, Mr. Scollo is proud of his blue collar New York City heritage and his hometown Northeastern Pennsylvania community spirit.

Constitution Day celebrates the formation and signing of the Unites States Constitution and recognizes all people who have been born in the United States or have become United States citizens.
