Air Force Association Spouse Scholarship
The Air Force Spouse Scholarship program is designed to encourage Air Force spouses worldwide to pursue associate/bachelor undergraduate or graduate/postgraduate degrees. Scholarships are awarded in May. $2,500 Stipend. Scholarships may be used to pay for any reasonable cost related to pursuing a degree. This would include tuition, books, and any remaining money can be used to pay for either transportation or childcare costs. For more information, contact : Pamela E. Stateside Spouse Education Assistance Program (SSEAP)
The Stateside Spouse Education Assistance Program (SSEAP) is a need-based education assistance program designed to provide spouses of active duty and retired Army Soldiers, and widows(ers) of Army Soldiers who died either on active duty or in a retired status, and residing in the United States, with financial assistance in pursuing educational goals. The purpose of the program is to assist spouses/widows(ers) in gaining the education required to allow them to qualify for increased occupational opportunities.
National Military Family Association
Joanne Holbrook Patton Military Spouse Scholarship Program
The National Military Family Association's Joanne Holbrook Patton Military Spouse Scholarships are awarded to spouses of Uniformed Services members (active duty, National Guard and Reserve, retirees, and survivors) to obtain professional certification or to attend post secondary or graduate school. Scholarships range in amount from $500 to $1,000, and the number awarded each year varies depending on funding. Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, fees, and school room and board. Scholarship selection is based on your completion of some survey questions that will help NMFA advocate for education changes on your behalf, short-answer questions, and an essay question that will help us get to know you better.
Tuition Assistance is available for military spouses through the MyCAA program. Funding of up to $4,000 may be available to qualifying spouses. Please visit Military.com for more information. details.
