How to Apply - Transfers


Choose one method and complete the Application Process

To Apply Online

  1. Submit Keystone's Online Application
  2. Request that your official transcripts from all previously attended institutions be sent to the Office of Admissions. If you have earned fewer than 12 credits, it is necessary to also submit an official high school transcript.
  3. Request for an Instructor Evaluation or Letter of Recommendation be sent to the Office of Admissions.
  4. Education exams. If you are intending to major in any education degree, you must submit the results of the exams required by Pennsylvania Department of Education.
  5. Supplemental Transfer form should be completed if there are courses in progress, or courses that you plan on taking before enrolling at Keystone College.

Common Application

  1. Fill out the Common Application online
  2. Submit the Common App supplement. You can either print the Keystone College supplement or use the online supplement found on the Common Application website.
  3. Request that your official transcripts from all previously attended institutions be sent to the Office of Admissions. If you have earned fewer than 12 credits, it is necessary to also submit an official high school transcript.
  4. Request for an Instructor Evaluation or Letter of Recommendation be sent to the Office of Admissions.
  5. Education exams. If you are intending to major in any education degree, you must submit the results of the exams required by Pennsylvania Department of Education.
  6. Supplemental Transfer form should be completed if there are courses in progress, or courses that you plan on taking before enrolling at Keystone College. 
    1. Schedule a Transfer Thursday or individual appointment with the Office of Admissions at 1-877-4COLLEGE, option #1.
    2. Submit Keystone’s Online Application at least 24 hours before your visit.
    3. Make sure to bring your transcripts from all previously attended institutions to your appointment.

Application Deadlines

Fall Term Spring Term
    • July 15 - Resident Students*
    • August 15 - Commuter Students

*Housing deposits must be received by May 1 in order to be guaranteed housing for the fall.

  • December 15 - All Students
