Discounts on summer classes being offered


Keystone College is making a college education even more affordable this summer with discounts on summer classes for high school students and new or current Keystone students.

Keystone recognized for low student debt


A new study by The Institute for College Access & Success has included Keystone in its 20 public and private colleges and universities with some of the lowest student debt. While the average student debt for the class of 2012 among students who borrowed to pay for school was $27,221, at Keystone that number is $8,675.

Keystone to host Admissions Information Session


Keystone College will host an Admissions Information Session on Saturday, November 16. Check-in begins at 10:30 a.m. in the Admissions Office and a campus tour departs at 11 a.m. The event, which concludes at 1 p.m., offers prospective students the opportunity to learn more about Keystone. Information about the admissions process will be explained.

Keystone receives state grant


Keystone College President Dr. David Coppola receives a check for $375,000 from Factoryville Borough Councilman Bill Edwards for the recent renovation of Brooks Theatre.

Keystone receives grants from PA Council on the Arts


Keystone College has been awarded grants from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts for two of its most popular programs.

Keystone College will welcome nationally recognized motivational speaker and comedian Matt Bellace, Ph.D., as he presents “Getting High Naturally” on Thursday, October 10 at 7 p.m. in the Theatre in Brooks.

Keystone College will host a Visitation Day on Monday, October 7, offering prospective students the opportunity to learn more about Keystone and meet with personal enrollment advisers.

Homecoming 2013 activities announced


Keystone College will celebrate its 2013 Homecoming on Friday, October 18, and Saturday, October 19. The events welcome alumni and friends to the Keystone campus.

Keystone faculty members have work accepted for conference


Three faculty members in Keystone College’s Division of Social and Behavioral Sciences recently had submissions accepted to the 2014 National Institute for the Teaching of Psychology conference in January.

For the fifth consecutive year, Keystone College has been included on a national list of Military Friendly Schools, ranking among the top 20 percent of colleges, universities, and trade schools in the nation that are doing the most to recruit and retain students with military experience.
