Transfer

Maximize your Transferability

Transfer Thursdays are the first and third Thursday of every month. Bring your transcripts for an instant admissions decision and instant credit evaluation. Application fees will be waived.

An official evaluation of transfer credit will be completed by the Registrar once official transcripts have been received from all colleges attended. The transfer evaluation will be sent to you with an admissions decision.

You should submit a Supplemental Transfer form if you there are courses in progress or courses that you plan on taking before enrolling at Keystone College.

Up to 75 credits may be applied for students seeking a bachelor's degree and up to 32 credits may be applied for students seeking an associate degree.

Articulation Agreements

In order to make the transfer process as seamless as possible, we have entered into articulation agreements with the following institutions: Lackawanna College, Luzerne County Community College, Camden County College, Bucks County Community College, Corning Community College, Northampton Community College, Harrisburg Area Community College, and Johnson College. The agreements are major specific and apply to students who have earned an associate degree from one of these institutions with a GPA of 2.0.

Transfer Scholarships

Academic merit-based scholarships of up to $4,000 per year are available to full-time degree seeking students who have earned an associate degree and/or earned a minimum of 60 credit hours with a minimum GPA of 2.0.

Local transfer scholarships: students who attain an associate degree from either Lackawanna College or Luzerne County Community College are eligible for a $500 scholarship if they attend Keystone College full-time.

Phi Theta Kappa Scholarships: Documented members of the national honors fraternity who have earned an associate degree and/or earned a minimum of 60 credit hours with a minimum GPA of 3.5 may received a $500 PTK Scholarship.
