The Office of Admissions reviews applications on a rolling basis throughout the year. However, we recommend that you apply as early as possible prior to the semester in which you want to begin your studies. This will afford you an early decision, and priority in merit scholarship selection and financial aid awarding.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Transfer Students:

Request official transcripts from all previously attended institutions be sent to the Office of Admissions at Keystone College. If you have earned fewer than 12 credits, it is necessary to also submit an official high school transcript.

If you are intending to major in any education degree, you must submit the results of a passing PRAXIS one exam.
Students Whose Primary Language is Not English:

You must submit the results of the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or a similar exam. Arrangements can be made to take such an exam at Keystone College.

A minimum of 213 on the computer based TOEFL or 79-80 on the Internet Based TOEFL is required for admission to full-time degree programs. Conditional admission may be granted to students scoring below the required 213/79-80.
International Students:

Please submit a certification of finances form to the Office of Admissions.

If you are transferring from another college/university in the United States and are currently on an F-1 student visa, you must submit a transfer eligiblity form. This form must be completed by the ISA of your current institution and sent to the Office of Admissions at Keystone College along with a copy of your current I-20 form.
