Transcripts and courses are still evaluated on an individual basis. This information is not a guarantee of transferability. Questions regarding the acceptance of coursework from other institutions should be directed to the Registrar's Office at registrar@keystone.edu. Keystone College reserves the right to change this information at any time.
Articulation Agreements
In order to make the transfer process as seamless as possible, we have entered into articulation agreements with the following institutions:
- Bucks County Community College
- Camden County College
- Harrisburg Area Community College
- Johnson College
- Lackawanna College
- Northampton Community College
The agreements are major specific and apply to students who have earned an associate degree from one of these institutions with a GPA of 2.0.
Transfer Student Application Process

Common Application including the Keystone College supplement (see more information in Step 4 of the Application Process.)
A non-refundable $30 application fee should accompany your application whether you apply online or through the mail.
Submit the following to the Office of Admissions at Keystone College:
- Official transcripts from all previously attended institutions. If you have earned fewer than 12 credits, it is necessary to also submit an official high school transcript.
- Instructor Evaluation or Letter of Recommendation
- PRAXIS one exam. If you are intending to major in any education degree, you must submit the results of a passing PRAXIS one exam.
- Supplemental Transfer form should be completed if there are courses in progress, or courses that you plan on taking before enrolling at Keystone College.
Final Steps
- Interview
In order to experience Keystone College, an interview is encouraged to discuss your transfer credit audit with the Coordinator of Transfer Admissions. - Evaluation
An official evaluation of transfer credit will be completed by the Registrar once official transcripts have been received from all colleges attended. The transfer evaluation will be sent to you with an admissions decision. - Orientation
Transfer students will attend an orientation session prior to the start of classes, specifically for transfer and adult students.
