Transfer Students



Transfer students bring a diverse educational background to the Keystone College community. Making up 25% of the student population, they enrich the academic experience of their fellow classmates.

TRANSFER THURSDAYS

Maximize Your Transferability - Transfer Thursdays are the first and third Thursday of every month. Bring your transcripts for an instant admission decision and instant credit evaluation. Application fees will be waived!

Check out our Transfer Thursday dates. Students must schedule a Transfer Thursday appointment with the Office of Admissions, 570-945-8111 or admissions@keystone.edu.

Transcripts and courses are still evaluated on an individual basis. This information is not a guarantee of transferability.  Questions regarding the acceptance of coursework from other institutions should be directed to the Registrar's Office at registrar@keystone.edu. Keystone College reserves the right to change this information at any time.

Articulation Agreements

In order to make the transfer process as seamless as possible, we have entered into articulation agreements with the following institutions:

The agreements are major specific and apply to students who have earned an associate degree from one of these institutions with a GPA of 2.0.

Transfer Student Application Process

Choose how you would like to apply:

A non-refundable $30 application fee should accompany your application whether you apply online or through the mail. 

Submit the following to the Office of Admissions at Keystone College:

  1. Official transcripts from all previously attended institutions. If you have earned fewer than 12 credits, it is necessary to also submit an official high school transcript.
  2. Instructor Evaluation or Letter of Recommendation
  3. PRAXIS one exam. If you are intending to major in any education degree, you must submit the results of a passing PRAXIS one exam.
  4. Supplemental Transfer form should be completed if there are courses in progress, or courses that you plan on taking before enrolling at Keystone College.
