Keystone College is excited to allow local high school students the opportunity to gain a head start on their college careers through Dual Enrollment courses offered within the hours and confines of their high schools. This program is offered to high schools throughout northeastern Pennsylvania on a contractual basis and a reduced cost.
Keystone currently maintains agreements with:

- Delaware Valley High School
- Elk Lake High School
- Forest City High School
- Lackawanna Trail High School
- Scranton High School
- Sullivan County High School
- Towanda Area High School
- Troy Area High School
- Tunkhannock High School
- West Scranton High School
- Wyalusing High School
