Teaching: Mathematics Education (7-12)

This math education program is organized to foster the development of skilled mathematics teachers who can utilize best practices for planning and preparing environments and instruction in secondary classrooms.

Our students who move on to become math teachers will be self-directed individuals who can communicate effectively, make informed decisions, think critically and creatively, and examine ethical issues in order to improve the quality of school experiences for children in grades seven through twelve.
