The emerging field of integrated marketing communications is a strategic blend of advertising, public relations, and marketing that helps to grab consumer attention and build a strong brand. 

Employment Opportunities and Careers

Students versed in integrative marketing communication can find employment opportunities and careers for: 


A minor consists of a minimum of 18 credits in a particular discipline and requires one 1000-level course and two 3000- and/or 4000-level courses. The remainder may be chosen from current discipline course offerings at any level and are determined by the student and academic advisor.

Based on interest, the student is able to select an emphasis in various areas. These areas of emphasis and the possible course choices follow.
