This degree prepares students to become leaders in the field of human services and to serve as advocates and change- agents for children, adolescents, and families. A vast number of work opportunities are possible for graduates including children and youth service agencies, maternal and family health services, early intervention programs, school support personnel, community services employment in YMCA/YWCAs, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Clubs, and state and local welfare organizations.

A pledge to first-time, full-time students in good academic, financial, and social standing.
Keystone College asserts that within six months after graduating from Keystone and fulfilling the requirements of the Career Development Center, you will have received at least one job offer, or where appropriate, be accepted into a transfer or graduate program. In the event this does not occur, we will provide you with additional courses and career counseling at no additional charge.
