The communications curriculum is designed to provide students with a foundation that will prepare them to continue baccalaureate studies in corporate communications, English, journalism, creative writing, and television and/or radio broadcasting.
Interesting Facts
- When President Bush visited our campus in September of 2006; 3 of the 5 students chosen to meet with him were from the communications division.
- The 2007 edition of Who's Who Among American Students in Universities and Colleges included 8 of our communication students.
- The addition of Advanced Courses in Audio Production and Digital Media Production, resulted in 42 student produced programs aired on the college radio station WKVC.
