Culinary Arts



student cookingThe Culinary Arts curriculum is based on the functions and skills employed in the food service industry. Designed to be a basic building block for any career goal related to foods, students are exposed to classical French and American techniques.

Culinary Arts student get to participate in the student run Chef's Table Restaurant. Students will learn job-related skills, career knowledge, self-discipline, dedication, and time management.
