Traveling To Keystone College
Making Travel Plans
You should make reservations and buy your airline tickets as far in advance as possible. The closest airport to Keystone College is the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (approximately 35 minutes from campus).
If you are flying into Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Chicago, Pittsburg, Cleveland, or Cincinnati, you can arrange for a direct connecting flight to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Airport.
Direct connecting flights are not available from Newark or New York.
If you must fly into New York, please contact us for bus information from the airport. You will need to take a taxi from both the airport and the bus station in Scranton to Keystone (30 minute taxi ride).
In some cases we can arrange for a pick-up at either the airport or bus station in Scranton. PLEASE E-MAIL OR FAX US YOUR EXPECTED ARRIVAL INFORMATION, INCLUDING FLIGHT NUMBER AND ARRIVAL DATE AND TIME INTO WILKESBARRE/SCRANTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AT LEAST THREE DAYS BEFORE YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE.
Once you arrive on campus, please report to Shirley Michaels in Sickler Hall.
Be especially cautious of offers to drive you to a bus terminal or hotel from any of the large airports. Some international travelers and students have had their money and other valuables stolen by people who falsely said they worked for a bus or taxi. Check a driver's identification before traveling with him.
