Health Insurance

All students are required to have health insurance coverage either under their families' health plan or under a plan made available through the College. Health insurance covers services not provided by the College Health Services Office, such as off-campus doctor visits, laboratory tests, x-rays, hospitalization, and surgery.

Health History Form

All students are required to submit a Heath History Form. This form will be mailed to you in the orientation packet. Your registration may be delayed if you do not submit the Health History Form.

Immunization Requirements

Immunization requirements must be satisfied to register for classes. Bring copies of all your medical records with you to the College. Your registration may be delayed if you do not submit proof of immunizations.
