Math 2111: Mathematics throughout History Abroad in Shanghai and Beijing, China with a stop-over in Tokyo, Japan

Faculty-led by Dr. YouYu Phillips

Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Statistics, and Calculus will come to life in this exciting program set in China.  This course investigates the history of mathematics, contributions by various cultures, and famous mathematical programs.  In addition the students will visit sites such as the Great Wall, Forbidden City, Oriental Tower , Ocean Aquarium, and Fangta Pagoda. 

Total Cost: $3,500.00

Includes:  International airfare, visa fees, transportation to and from Newark, trip insurance, all in country accommodations, transportation, expert local guide, activities, and meals.
