Keystone College's Environmental Education Institute: The Academy in the Woodlands, is funded by the USDA Forest Service through the Education Research Consortium of the Western Carolinas, Inc. The Institute is committed to enhancing the teaching experience by providing hands-on, inquiry based science and environmental education to educators using nature as a laboratory.
