Keystone College Environmental Education Institute to host Sugar Shack Open House – Keystone College

The Keystone College Environmental Education Institute will sponsor a Sugar Shack Open House on Sunday, March 22 from 1-3 p.m. at the college’s Sugar Shack maple syrup operation on campus. The family-oriented event is free and open to the public.Keystone Professor Emeritus Howard Jennings and naturalist Shane Kleiner will provide a hands-on demonstration in the production of maple syrup. Representatives from Second Chance Wildlife Center will be on hand with information on wildlife rehabilitation.
